Porto Cristo en la costa este es un pueblo portuario que ha crecido con el paso del tiempo, también conocido como el puerto de Manacor. En verano es un lugar de mucho ambiente y en invierno el pueblo vuelve a ser una pequeña aldea de pescadores. La zona es conocida por sus numerosas cuevas que antiguamente jugaban un papel importante como protección durante ataques de piratas y hoy es una de las atracciones turísticas de la isla.
Alrededor del puerto hay buenos restaurantes que principalmente ofrecen platos de mariscos y tapas. En el puerto se pueden alquilar botes o simplemente pasear por el muelle. Las playas de Cala Mandia, Cala Malgrana y Cala Anguila están a pocos minutos y prometen un baño protegido en el mar mediterráneo azul.

Diese ebenerdige Finca verfügt über 112 qm Wohnfläche + 60 qm Garage. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich der geräumige Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche. Die traditionellen Fliesen in der Küche und die Holzbalken im Wohnbereich verleihen besonderen Charme. Der Ofen sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen an kühlen Wintertagen. Drei Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Das große Masterschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Badezimmer en Suite und einen separaten Ankleidebereich.
Aus dem Wohnbereich gelangen Sie auf die Terrasse der Finca. Hier befindet sich ein gemütlicher Grillbereich. Die Terrasse bietet den perfekten Ort, um Mahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Die Finca wurde erst vor Kurzem renoviert. Die Wasser-und Stromleitungen sowie die Fenster wurden komplett erneuert.
Eine Alarmanlage, Klimaanlage und Garage runden das Paket ab.
Lage und Umgebung:
Porto Cristo an der Ostküste ist ein natürlich gewachsener Hafenort, auch bekannt als Hafen von Manacor. Im Sommer geht es sehr lebendig zu, im Winter wird der Ort wieder zum kleinen Fischerörtchen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für ihre zahlreichen Höhlen, die schon früher bei Piratenüberfällen als Schutz eine wichtige Rolle spielten, und heute eine der Touristenattraktionen der Insel sind.
Rund um den Hafen gibt es gute Restaurants, die vor allem Fischgerichte und Tapas anbieten. Im Hafen können Sie Boote chartern oder einfach an der Mole entlang spazieren. Die feinsandigen Strände Cala Mandia, Cala Malgrana und Cala Anguila sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und bieten geschützte Badefreuden im azurblauen Mittelmeer.

This Mediterranean finca, standing on a well-maintained plot of 14.200 sqm, is situated in a quiet location in Portocristo. It offers beautiful sweeping views as far as the sea.
Its living/dining space of 112 sqm is distributed over the entrance area, the spacious living/dining area with open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms which share a bathroom, and the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate dressing room. Traditional tiles in the kitchen and wooden ceiling beams in the living area create a special charm, and an oven assures pleasant temperatures on cooler winter days.
From the living area is access to the terrace with a cosy bbq zone and ample space for al fresco dining, and a generous sun terrace with pool invites to relax and enjoy.
The finca was recently renovated including new water pipes, power cables, and windows throughout.

Location and surrounding area:
Porto Cristo on the east coast is a village that grew slowly also known as the harbour of Manacor. In summer it is very lively and in winter it becomes a small fishing village again. The area is known for numerous caves that formerly played an important role as protection from pirate attacks and today are one of the tourist attractions of the island.
Good restaurants that mainly offer seafood dishes and tapas are found around the harbour. Here you can rent boats o just stroll along the pier. The sandy beaches of Cala Mandia, Cala Malgrana and Cala Anguila are just a few minutes away and offer protected bathing in the azure Mediterranean Sea.
